We at Calabria aim at customer satisfaction. We guarantee consumer rights & keeping you well aware by advice offered through our website and social media. The policy mentioned below is for the same service. It applies to all the orders placed online via our website.

Items that can be returned:

You are entitled to have the product returned on the occasion of them being defective (including any issues with Fabric even after wash) or not in compliance with your order.* No charges to be deducted by Calabria from refund amount in case of a return of defective articles, Calabria shall be liable to compensate the return shipping cost also.
You can also return a product (non defective) if you don`t like the stuff, or if there is any issue in size.* PKR 250/- per article will be deducted from the Refund Amount in case of a return due to size issues or non defective articles.

For Non Defective Returns ;

The product should not be utilized in any way (neither washed nor dry cleaned).
The packaging of the item should be intact and unblemished

Items that cannot be returned:

It is not complete or customized in size, style or customization in fabric
It is stained, emits body odors or perfume scents has marks, damages or water stains.

Procedure for Return & Exchange:

In order to return or exchange any item please email our customer services at customer@calabria.com.pk with order reference you received via email, Our Customer care staff would revert to you within 24 hours (During Weekdays). You can send the item back as per the instructions of our Customer Care Representative. Please be informed we do not accept returns for products NOT purchased through this website.

Refund Procedure

The facility of refund is provided for the convenience of our customers on the basis of original form of payment.

The refund will be ensured via Bank Transfer or Easy Paisa after the returned items have reached the warehouse and processed. For us to provide you with our maximum utility services it is requested that ‘one week’ time be given to us from the date of receipt of the returned items.

In case the items are returned owing to defect or similar problem e.g. the product not in conformity with your order etc. we are liable to pay for the return-shipping cost.

Time limit

Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
For after wash defects, refund policy lasts 60 days from the date of order placement.
