CALABRIA offers free standard shipping for all orders to be shipped within Pakistan. Most in-stock items will arrive on your doorstep in 4 to 5 business days after receipt of your order. However, this doesn’t include the order processing time which may vary. All ‘Cash on Delivery’ orders are confirmed either on call or email by our customer service representatives before delivery.
Please note that our team is always highly concerned regarding the consumer`s feedback, all products are processed through rigorous quality checks before dispatch, but considering the possibility of human error we offer 100% refund guarantee in case of any defect in fabric or tailoring OR if the product is not in compliance with customer`s order, You can return the defective product and you will be compensated with complete delivery cost also but unpacking & checking facility before payment to the courier vendor is not available due to product safety measures as courier is a third party service provider and is not responsible for any damages while returning the unpack shipments to our warehouse.
