If you receive a shirt and there is a size issue, Calabria offers a return and exchange option. A deduction of PKR 300 per article applies for size-related returns on non-defective items. Please read the full Returns and Exchange Policy for complete details.

Yes, Calabria delivers to all cities and areas across Pakistan. Whether you are in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Peshawar, Quetta, or any other city, your order will reach you with free delivery.

Unpacking and checking before payment to the courier is not available due to product safety measures, as the courier is a third-party service provider and is not responsible for any damages while returning unpacked shipments to the warehouse.

However, Calabria conducts rigorous quality checks on all products before dispatch.

Calabria’s return policy lasts 10 days from the date of purchase. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, a refund or exchange cannot be offered. For defects discovered after washing, the refund policy extends to 60 days from the date of order placement.

You can return a non-defective product if you don’t like the fabric or if there is a size issue, however PKR 300 per article will be deducted from the refund amount in such cases. The product must not have been worn, washed, or dry cleaned, and the original packaging must be intact and unblemished.

If you receive a defective product, including fabric issues that appear after washing, Calabria offers a 100% refund with no deductions. Calabria will also cover the return shipping cost in cases of defective items or products not in compliance with your order.

To return or exchange an item, email Calabria’s customer service at customer@calabria.com.pk with your order reference number, or contact our customer support on WhatsApp at 0311-1686111. The customer care team will revert within 24 hours on weekdays with instructions for returning the item. 

Refunds are processed via Bank Transfer or EasyPaisa after the returned item reaches the warehouse. Calabria requests one week from the date of receipt of the returned item to process the refund.

For standard cotton shirts, use a medium-to-high heat setting with steam for best results. For Easy Iron shirts, minimal ironing is needed. Always iron while the shirt is slightly damp and begin with the collar and cuffs before moving to the body.
